Belcher, Ronald Lee, age 67 of West Milton passed away on Friday, September 3, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born May 27, 1943 in Dayton,Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents Robert L. & Leona E. (Hunt) Belcher,stepson Steve Call. He is survived by his loving wife Starlyn L. (Koehl) Belcher,stepmother Sonja Belcher-Covington, son Aaron Belcher-West Milton, daughter & son-in-law Karen & Terry Anderson-Wartburg,TN., stepdaughter Rhonda Ward-Troy, 6 grandchildren,4 great-grandchildren, brothers & sister-in-law Richard A. & Barbara Belcher-Tipp City, Jerry Belcher-Bradford,half-sister Teresa & Henry Huffman-Dayton, numerous, aunts,uncles, nieces & nephews. Conley,Robert C. age 86 of Englewood passed away August 6,2010. He was born in Salyersville,Kentucky to Clifton & Rosie (Penix) Conley and celebrated his birthday of January 7,1924. Robert was an active outdoorsman who loved to hunt,fish and play cards.He served in the United States Navy and then worked for NCR for many years.He is survived by his sister Helen Truax-Brookville and brother Joe Conley-Lewisburg, 2 sons Eddie (Ramona) Conley-Ludlow Falls,Dannie (Tammy) Conley-West Milton,daughter Betty (Rob) Gessner-Miamisburg. He was proud of his 3 grandsons Cody,Jackson & Chase Conley. He was preceded in death by 6 brothers Raymond,Clayton,Arnold,James,Paul & Mark. Clements, Dorothy Lucille, age 87 of Brookville, passed away on Tuesday, August 3, 2010 at Brookhaven Nursing Home. She was born March 13, 1923 to Nathan and Mary (Adams) Grubbs. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, John Edward Clements; son, Robert K. Clements; brothers, Carl Grubbs and Albert Grubbs; sisters, Margie Clements and Lilly Marie Hunter. She is survived by her son and daughters-in-law, Edward L. and Pat M. Clements- Arcanum and Edy Clements-Phillipsburg; 4 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; brothers, Calvin Grubbs-Atlanta and Leo Grubbs, Indianapolis; sisters, Mary Ellen Ozborne-Indiana and Betty Gene Stanifer-Indianapolis. Dorothy was a member of the Englewood Pentecostal Church of God and enjoyed painting and ceramics. He is survived by his loving wife of over 65 years Wilma Marlene (Cool) Oda, sons Stanley D. Lightner,Byron E., age 88 of troy passed away peacfully at home surrounded by his loving family on Friday, July 30, 2010. He was born on September 30, 1921 in Phillipsburg, Ohio to the late Andrew and Edith (Meyer) Lightner. He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Eva 9Neely) Lightner. Three children, Gary Lightner and his wife Ricky of troy,Ohio, Linda Coyle and her husband Mike of Berea,Kentucky, and Sharon Blackmore and her husband Larry of troy,Ohio, eight grandchildren,Justin Lightner of knoxville,TN,Jessica Lightner of Charlotte,NC, Jordan Lightner of Huber Heights,Toby Coyle, and Alicia Kelley of Berea,Kentucky,Amanda Coyle of Lexington,Meridith Blackmore Griga of Cincinnati and Jared Blackmore of Troy, three great-granddaughters Sidney Lightner, and Madison and Emma Kelley and sister Farrell Lightner of Phillipsburg. In addiston to his parents he was preceded in death by his brother Floyd Lightner, and sisters Goldie Lightner and Lova Pfeiffer. He was a member of the Troy Church of the Brethren.He proudly served his country during WW II as an airplane mechanic and retired from NCR after working there 30 years. Byron was an avid sports enthusiast who attended as many of his children's & grandchildren's sporting events as he possibly could. He was a loving husband,father and grandfather and will be greatly missed by all of us. Roberts, Clarence, age 88 of Laura, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, July 27, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born on October 19, 1921 in Picayune, MS to John and Doshia (Strahan) Roberts. He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Jewel (McKenzie) Roberts; grandson, Jeffrey Wolfe; and brothers, Oliver and Donald Roberts. He is survived by his daughter and son-and-law, Janice and Joe Steinbrugge- Dayton; grandchildren, Lisa Wolfe and Christopher and Lisa Wolfe; great-grandchildren Jenna and Hannah Wolfe; and sister May Landon-Xenia. Kindell, Marcia Kay (Neisley), age 51 of Ludlow Falls passed away on Monday, July 26, 2010 at Upper Valley Medical Center, Troy. She was born April 3, 1959 in Troy, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her father Jack Ray Neisley. Post, Nelson, age 71 of West Milton, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Hospice of Dayton. He was born August 13, 1938 in Huntington, WV to Joseph W. and Reba P. (Corn) Post. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his loving wife of 43 years, Connie Lee (Horn) Post; son, Richard Allyn Post-Maine; daughter and son-in-law, Theresa Carolyn (Post) and Kevin James McGlinch-Texas; grandchildren, Michelle Lee Post, Amanda Lynn Post, Madison Paige McGlinch, Paxton Grace McGlinch; and great-granddaughter Kaeyln Post. Nelson enjoyed golf, fishing, and riding motorcycles. He retired after 35 years with OK Trucking and as he always said, “I’ve backed up more miles than most people have driven forward”. Hayes, Scott K, age 64 of Pleasant Hill, passed away peacefully Friday, July 16, 2010. He was preceded in death by his parents Edgar B. and Celia R. He is survived by his wife Caryl (Kettering); his brother Edgar B. Hayes Jr. of Colorado, Shirley Lankford of Trotwood, Ohio, sons Matthew D. (Erin) of New Paris, Brent S. (Shannon) of Williamsburg, Virginia, Micah D. (Julia) Getter of Tampa, Florida, and daughter Rachel M. (Brian) Birt of Perrysburg, Ohio. Scott’s grandchildren are Morgan, Mikayla, Brayden, Wyatt, Cassidy and Zackary. He worked for many years as a carpenter for NCR and Sinclair Community College. His interests included woodworking, photography, ceramics, stained glass, gardening and music. He will be missed greatly by all who knew him. She is survived by her long time friend and companion Steve Noble; daughter and son-in-law Yvonne and Joel Wombold; son and daughter-in-law Cecil and Nancy Teague; 8 grandsons and 6 granddaughters; 5 great granddaughters; and brothers Frank Myers of Florida and William Hall of Troy.
